Training Philosophy:
It takes 10,000
positive reps to undue a bad habit and create a new good habit.
Baseball/Softball is a game of precise mechanics that take thousands
of reps to produce a proper mechanic. However, reps alone
cannot produce this proper mechanic. The right instructor to
correct bad mechanics and applaud positive ones is needed.
That is why training in the off-season is a must to produce the type
of swing, pitching motion, or other baseball movement that is needed
to be highly successful.
